It is located in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula, just over a mile from
\nthe superb sandy beaches of Pendower and Carne, on a family owned and
\noperated 580-acre arable and sheep farm.<\/p>\n
Sitting adjacent to Penhallow Farmhouse on a slight hill above the sleepy
\nhamlet of Treworthal, its setting affords it beautiful and far-reaching
\nviews across a patchwork of green meadows, arable fields and woodland
\ntowards Gerrans Bay.<\/p>\n
Originally the apple store and potting shed for the farmhouse, Pippin
\nCottage has been cleverly converted to accommodate up to 6 guests plus a
\ncot, and we try and think of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.<\/p>\n
The cottage is spacious and bright throughout. The front door leads into the living room with freeview TV, woodburner, a wide selection of books, DVD’s and family games and French doors leading out to the large, private garden.<\/p>\n
There is a well-equipped kitchen with all modern amenities including
\ndishwasher and freezer next to a large dining area. The 2 downstairs
\nbedrooms both offer twin or superking combinations and are adjacent to the downstairs bathroom and up the spiral stairs is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.<\/p>\n
